The MSA membership year is from 1 July through 30 June. Dues are paid annually and are billed in June. Membership rates are listed below. Payments should be made by check, credit/debit card, Venmo, or Paypal, in US currency.

- Regular or Institutional Member: $50
- Student (full-time) or Retiree/Emeritus: $30
All members receive the same benefits of the Society, including suffrage.
